I will provide couples with the official Notice of Intended Marriage Form (NOIM).

The NOIM form must be lodged with me a minimum of one month and a day prior to your wedding date. A booking fee is then required, as part of the final fee. Current ID and evidence of date and place of Birth is compulsory. For a previous marriage, you will need evidence of how the marriage terminated.
I advise you to book as soon as you have decided on your date. The earlier the better so I can be
sure I’ll be available to share with you.
Once I receive the NOIM form, we can start designing your dream ceremony.
